A time for women to enjoy fellowship, move our bodies, and grow together spiritually in the beauty of the Palisades.

Hiking Information
Open to age 16 and older, but nurslings allowed (in a carrier, trails are not stroller accessible).
The hike is difficult.
Transportation: We can provide transportation or carpooling encouraged. Meet at Park Hills Church Freeport Campus.
